Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1997
I'm from this town and every time I have been in this complex it was to visit someone shady or do something shady. It's shady there, trust me. I'm shady so I know. I think they except low income houseing vouchers. But it was well lit so if you run inside really quick you shouldn't have to worry about your safety too much. There are 2 ghettos of Elk Grove and this is one of them - for sure! I visited a ex-friend's (she was shady) 2 bedroom apartment.
