1.
2. 'Haunted-House' kind of elevators (in old buildings) complete with all the creaking noises, ultra slow rides and 4-days-a-week breakdowns.
3. Smoking louts at all hours especially inside the elevators(burnt buttons, spitting and destruction), hallways, virtually everywhere.
4. Calls from strangers at all hours to let them in.
