I live in complex 1013, and have not been happy. I have been unhappy with this apartment complex for the following reasons:

1. Elevator is constantly breaking down, and is extremely archaic.
2. It is very obvious that some of the other tenants do not respect the premise. The elevators seem always trashed, people engraved messages on the walls by the elevator. The basement level elevator room is always trashed with dirt and foot marks all over the walls (the room has yet to be cleaned since I have resided there).
3. The office personnel have absolutely no customer service skills toward the tenants. They act like they are doing you the favor, instead of vice/versa.
4. I was given a very hard time renting an apartment with this complex becasue my credit is not the greatest, but next door to me (at one time) there were close to 11 teens living on their own partying all the time. The music was so loud my walls vibrated at all hours. I complained to the office about this situation, and they informed me there was nothing they could do, call the police, and
