I've lived at Hamilton Court since Nov. of 2003. Overall, everything has been fine. There have been some problems, but I've been seeing less and less of them.
The fire alarms and the disruptive children were a continious problem. Yes, some of it still occurs from time to time, but I have seen a huge improvment. From talking to other residents, I'm finding out the new management is finding out who the trouble makers are and making them move.
The price is good and the location is excellent. It's worth going in and looking around so you can see for yourself.
