Since I've lived here a while and I've noticed a lot of things. The old management wasn't good at all, they let the property go down hill and it seemed like they let anyone in. But I've seen vast improvements with the new management. A lot of the "problem neighbors" are gone and the place is looking better. I met the staff when I paid my rent and was pleasantly suprised as they are very professional and nice. I love the area and I love my apartment. It's close to everything.
It is a decent place to live.
