Have lived here a little over 3 years and have watched management let anyone in who can sign a lease. And why is it that when the building is under half full the electric bills more than double, because management passes the cost along to those of us still here. And then thetres the famous elevator that is broken more than working, call the office and all you get is a song and dance, and that the repair company has been called, then why does it stay broken for days at a time, lies, lies and more lies.

I have lived here (building 1013) for the past 4 years. During that time the elevator has been down maybe 4 times (that's about once a year for those playing the home game) To me that isn't bad at all. I live on the 4th floor and while this was inconvienant it was nothing to cry about. My building has been nearly if not full the entire time I have lived here (making parking a challenge but again nothing bad) As for my electric bill it rarely gets above $50 a month (and that is b/c I have the air on almost year around) I think this is a wonderful place to live (for the cost) And have had nothing but pleasant expierences dealing with management through out my stay. I am currently signing another year here. My question to you is if you hated it so bad why did you spend 3 years there? Couldn't have been all that terrible now huh?
