If you have kids you do not want to live here!The kids are blamed for everything even though we have gone to the management with proof that the kids havnt done it they've made comments that notices will be sent out to specific persons even though the people hav'nt received them!The mold has made my kids sick all the time!The ants are a very serious problem there they crawl on you at night and bite you!The spiders are also bad!The management has told newer owners that the ants just started showing up!We lived there for 8 years the ants have been a serious problem for at least 5 years!We beleave that this complex must be going to section 8!People under age drink in the storage rooms and smoke when we have gone to the management they tell us to call police when we call the police they tell us to go to management we have contacted the village on serious health problems and NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE!You do not want to move here! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

Your should really move. There are smaller complexs that are about the same price, but you have a better experience. Hamilton Court does not care about there customers and tenants. They care about the money they are making and your just helping them get rich. Please move for your safety it really is unsafe for you and your children.
