I have read most of the reviews and totally disagree. I have lived here since January of 2004 and just renewed my lease a couple of months ago. I love it here and plan on staying until I have enough money to purchase a home. The management staff is always friendly and willing to help me and maintenance responds to my requests within 24 hours.

Don't let those bad reviews discourage you! They have the best rates and the apartments are in great condition. There's no where else around here that you can go and get an apartment this nice for this price.

As far as the ant and mold issue people have been complaining about, I have not experienced either. My building is very well maintained and the most I've seen is a little spider which you'll find where ever you live.

Check the apartments out for yourself. I've already referred two friends and got money taken off my rent. That's a little extra incentive that they give you as well that really helps!

You must be one of the ladies working in the office that lives here. So you get paid to tell people about the dump you live in. I was embarassed to invite any of my friends and family over to my apartment when I lived there. It looked like a shelter. Don't promote this dump it should be shut down. I feel so sorry that you live and work in this dump. There are so many other jobs out there. You need to move for your safety.
