Not as bad as people say

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I lived here from 04-05 and left to attend school.
The buildings are old and the public areas are usually dirty - but that's a problem with residents and not management. There is usually a guy cleaning the building up on a daily basis. The actual apartments are nice. The elevators being out did end up being a problem on more than one occasion.
I have no complaints with management, all of my issues were resolved quickly and they were always friendly with me. I have a feeling that the people complaining about management's attitude or professionalism were probably approaching management in an unfriendly and unprofessional manner and they were just getting what they dished out.
The amenities were very nice for the price. I have not found a better deal anywhere. I recently inquired about moving back to Hamilton Court but they unfortunately had nothing available for what I needed.
As far as I can tell the complaints on here about bugs and mold are either made up or blown way out of proportion. The entire time I was there I had a couple spiders, which is normal no matter where you live. Mold in the windows was a problem only in the bedroom, but is easily taken care of with some weekly cleaning. You people who complain about bugs and mold DO clean DON'T YOU' I can't imagine how filthy your apartment must be if ants are infesting your bed and biting you while you sleep. Stop eating food in bed.
The biggest problem at this place are the few scumbag tentants who ruin everything for the rest of us. Like, the scumbag mom with the tattoo on her breast who would take up most or all of the washing machines and leave them for 4-6 hours, then come back at 6pm, still in her pajamas with her little brat in tow. Let her kid run around and open everyone's machines and didn't bother to restart them, wasting my money and whoever else's. (I lived in 1013, you know who you are.) Another problem was the trash room. People would take their trash to the room and instead of putting it in the chute they would pile it up in there. Bags with dirty diapers, sour milk and beer bottles piled so deep that no one else could reach the chute door. The smell was disgusting and I hope the filthy dirtbags responsible contract some horrible illness related to an accumulation of rotting trash. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
