I just moved to Hamilton court last october 2005. I fell in love with my apt as soon as they showed it to me. It was a great deal to start off, i got a month free for my rent and the lease contract is very accesible. I moved to building 1013 which is the one right in front of the highway. At first I thought i was gonna be annoyed by the loud noise, but i am not at all! Windows are very strong and hardly concentrate on the highway noise. My apt in always clean as long as i CLEAN it of course. Come on! I mean everywhere u go u see spiders, weird bugs, etc. Even in houses, restaurants, EVERYWHERE u will see bugs, including ants. Last week i found ants in my place, but because i havent had the time to clean because i work during the day and go to school at night. If you keep it clean you will not see this kind of stuff. Seriously I'm very happy where i am. I dont have any problems listening to neighbors, washers and dryers i always found them accesible. Elevators always work to me. No loud neighbors, no kids bothering me. Nothing really bothers me where i am at. There is ALWAYS parking no matter what time it is...even when i come home from partying (6am). My car is new and i've never had anyone bent it or something like that. I feel very secure parking my car there. I was very lucky to find that place. It's not dirty like other people here say, i always find it clean. Management is always nice to me. One time not to far ago i got locked out of my apt so i called maintenance and they came within 10 minutes; they charged of course but it's my fault. I also called many times management so they can fix the back light in the building and they fixed it the next day. I seriously think management ppl are nice.
I am actually thinking about getting a 2 bedroom still in Hamilton Court apts because it's a very nice place! I am trying to get my sister move in with me.
I'm very sorry about the ppl that bad a bad time at Hamilton Court. But i think i am against them reviews.
