I'm torn with this place. On one hand, it's a great bargain & in a very good location. The maintenance staff is wonderful, as is the management team. For the price, the units themselves are actually quite nice & relatively updated. The problem seems to be some of the tenants who live here. If you are a middle class, english speaking, caucasian American... you will be outnumbered 10 to 1 by lower class, non english speaking --------. I know this comes across as completely racist, but it isn't meant to be. It becomes an uncomfortable situation when you can't converse with many of your neighbors because of obvious language barriers & for us, our entire floor is inundated with the blaring sounds of salsa music from morning until night. These tennants also have 5 or 6 people living in a single unit, which is supposedly against management rules. The tenants in the unit across from us consist of 4 men, a baby & a pregnant woman- which none of them seem to work because all they do is work on their cars in the parking lot (against management rules) & have friends over morning, noon & night. There are Spanish names & words graffitied in the halls & elevators. 2 very close friends of mine are Mexican American's & were weirded out by all of this when they came to visit. The pool is an uncomfortable environment because I get constant stares & sexually related comments in Spanish- so I no longer go there. There is a mentally challenged girl who lives in my building & stands at the front entrance letting people in, sometimes complete strangers/soliciters, yet sometimes chooses to follow guests around the building trying to make conversation while her mother is at work Mon- Fri. This was particularly difficult to explain to my parents when they initially came to visit.

Overall, this place would be great if the tenants were cleaner & classier...
