I moved into the Terrace a couple months ago and I LOVE living here! I get a better night's sleep here then I did in a house with 4 people. I find the Terrace to be an extremely peaceful place to live.

My neighbors are friendly & I have not experienced any noise problems. In fact, I often find it to be very quiet around here.

I would highly recommend the Terrace to anyone looking for a fun, youthful place to live!

This has been my experience as well. I've never ran into more than one other person in the laundry room, there is plenty of parking, and overall the complex is quiet and clean.
