No problems here - nice place - Well I don't know what all the fuss is about - I've been at this place for over a year and can't complain about anything. Nice amenities, the residences are spacious and well maintained, and the grounds are kept up nicely. Average - 770 Pierre drive building is facing Landmier and therefore you won´t be able to sleep with the window open. Other then that - watch out for young neighbors - they usually play loud music and walls are very thin in that building.

The property managers are nosey and there is no privacy. The apartments are cheap and made cheap so keep that in mind with the price. Other surrounding apartments allow there dogs on the property and don't clean it. Car was broken into twice and no security was put in place.
