Dirty & very noisy - Just in the last few years the whole complex has gone downhill.
Trash sitting outside of apartments, tennants
to lazy to take it to the dumpsters even then to lazy to put it in, they just set it outside the dumpster.
Very noisy, doors slamming all hours of the day and night, a lot of fighting, loud TVs.
Snow removal is poor at best.
