As a current tenant of the Elmhurst Place Apartments, I would have to generally agree with the comments posted here. The office staff is completely incompetent. They try to nickel and dime you to death. There is no such thing as good customer service.
I hope I get my deposit back!

Linda (The apartment manager) told me once that she would not replace a light bulb in the bathroom "it was not her problem" I had to go to ace hardware across the street and but a 50c bulb and install it. What a bunch of cheap people.
