This place is terrible. The managers/office ladies are extremely disorganized. To clarify, one week before I moved in, I wanted to see the apartment, so I called ahead and asked if it would be ready they said yes. When I got there, they had no idea who I was or that I was planning on renting with them. (this is already after I sent in the check for the first month rent) However, after we cleared things up, they were able to show me an apartment similar to mine that day. Then move in day came. I went to the office to get my keys and go over a few more papers. And AGAIN THEY HAD NO IDEA WHO I WAS AND ACCUSED ME OF NOT PAYING THE FIRST MONTH S RENT. Good thing I had proof, but those two incidents should have been I a sign to not rent with them. After that I always made sure that I get a receipt for my rent checks because I could easily see them accusing me of not paying my rent again. Another incident that I have had is that the heat does not work at all; I usually call the office around once a week because I do not have heat. Also when they come in to fix the heat, they never take their shoes off (even after asking politely), use your dishes if you are lucky to collect the black water that comes out of the heaters or they let it go all over the floor. However the one Mexican helper man is really nice and tries to make sure the heat is working. Anyways I am still waiting for my lease to end and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

the black water from the radiators is ALWAYS better than the chunky brown water from the faucets.... i think.
