very loud apartment. i constantly hear people walk and talk both above and around me.
poor ventilation. the kitchen is cloisted and whatever you cook instantly travels into every room.
The management company is arrogant and inconsiderate.
The live-in janitor is nice.
I don't recommend living here.

i am a former employee of joy onale i quit do to presseuse from ms oneil her daily rantings her constant paronia of rumers when she was the one with the gossip lies to tenents about mold telling all the tenents money issues to other tentent constant personal favers that you lose your job if you dont do shes on drugs always asking me to get her drugs do not do drugs didnt know how to get any makeing us dress up as santa and other just crazy things her cursing and meamness towards me was unbearable she is gonna sued she has mental and drug probklems that is a fact i know firsthand
