very poorly managed. they are reactive not pro-active. back porch just made, all ready rusting. standing water on the back porch, after it rains. poor heating, especially at night. windows suck, they are drafty, should be replaced. apartment not level. did not want to renew my lease (illegally ' because i complained to the city ') flooding. You don't want to live here.
