Great Living Experience

I lived in the building for 2 1/2 years and had no problems what so ever. The landlord and building engineer are extremely responsive to any problems that you may have. The building is very affordable and is located very close to downtown Evanston and is only a few blocks from the lake. Management is also doing a great job of keeping the units up-to-date by doing remodels and replacements very often. I enjoyed my time there and would suggest it to others.
