Property mgr and maintenance staff - very nice, responsive BUT there is now a NEW OWNER and PROPERTY MGR
Pest control - Initially, there was a serious roach problem; I was not aware that it continues in some apartments until reading other review. They removed the dumpsters from inside the bldg and closed off the trash chutes eventually. It seemed to get better after that, but I know of at least 1 person who refused to have his or her apt exterminated, which is highly problematic when it comes to pest control.
Neighorhood - location is very convenient, close to downtown, nice restaurants, transportation - HOWEVER - it is very bothersome living next to Greenwood Care, and you'll have to deal with various other "undesireables" walking in, out, through, and around the property and hanging around the building like it's THEIR front stoop; also, beer cans and cigarette butts litter some of the area around the building thanks to our "neighbors"
Apts - their ok, considering the price and location; could use a little updating, but ok for the price; walls are thin and the place collects dust like a magnet - you can dust one day and two days later, it's like you've never ever dusted at all.

For anyone who thinks roaches are gross but not really a big deal: You should know that after I lived here I put all my stuff in storage and had it treated to kill the roaches many times. 3 years later I am still finding them in my stuff and I am afraid to take anything from storage to my new place.
