COCKROACHS AND RATS everywhere
terrible managment.
One thing about deposit
Many tenets there couldn't get deposit back after they moved out. The landload try any excuse to grab your deposit(such as change the carpet, freezer, or any other ridiculous reasons) Never, ever live there.
