OK place. Poor ventilation

This place is enough for a basic life style.
I am a grad student so I don't spend much time in the apt in day time.
It is quiet at night at least.
The maintanence staff responds promptly.
My bathtub always got clogged, and the situation was only relieved for couple months each time after the engineer unclogged it.
The management staff reply promptly too.
The building has a bike room and laundry room inside, so one doesn't need go outside for laundry.
This is basically why I chose it.
:)
for the unit, all the windows are on the same side, so the ventilation is AWEFUL.
I never dare use the kitchen, esp.
in the summer.
In a word, this is a OK place for rest at night, but not for a REAL life.
