The maintanence staff responds promptly. My bathtub always got clogged, and the situation was only relieved for couple months each time after the engineer unclogged it. The management staff reply promptly too.

To top both complaints, there is a sewage issue in back of the building. Sewer water is building up behind the building which brings about mold up the walls which is the least of concern but the bacteria and stench is awful. ...Full review of Custer Apartments

Do not even think to call them - Office staff is incredibly rude and treats everyone like low-lives, one of the women in the office is particularly nasty, and she's usually the one that everyone has to deal with, no need to mention names, anyone that lives in Lee street apartment know who I'm talking about.
