Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006
 
OK apartment for 1 year right after college, but don't plan on staying very long. Back apartments don't get that much light, and you are almost guaranteed to have some student neighbors. Overall, good deal at the time, but if I had it do to over again, I would've demanded more maintenance work. Those apartments need new kitchens, etc.
