I lived in a corner unit on the fifth floor (one bedroom, 700 sq.
feet).
At the time I left management was beginning to make significant improvements to the building.
Very spacious and quiet unit; rents were about $100.00 less than comparable units elsewhere in the neighborhood.
Great location; the el and Metra trains just one block away and lots of cool restaurants and shops nearby.
The lakefront only three blocks away.
Great place to live during my last three years in the Chicago area.
