This is the best value you can find for your money in Evanston.

the gym, hallways and all the common areas are always kept clean.

The building manager Aurica is excellent and very helpful.

The service staff is superb too.

they repair things immediately.

I have stayed at 855 Hinman for three years and it IS the best apartment building that your money can buy in the neighborhood.
