I agree with the renter from 2005.

I feel like I must have moved into her unit.

Not sure where the people who are so happy are living.

Oddly, I like Aurica, but I do not trust a word that comes out of her mouth.

Perhaps this is because when I had a gas leak, she came upstairs, said nothing was wrong and said my SMOKE alarm would let me know if I had a gas leak.

Nicor came out and said he smelled the gas immediately upon walking in.

This was on move-in day.

Since then, nothing has been fixed, unless I have done it myself or threatened legal action.

Should one have to do this on a weekly basis for basic maintenance and habitability' I feel bad for Charles in maintenance, because he has to be so overworked with complaints of this place falling apart.

I'm only giving two stars for maintenance, although it's not necessarily his workmanship, but what he has to work with that's the problem.

Completely not worth the money.

And there are better places in Evanston to live safely.

Trust me, I've lived in better, for less.
