Only living hear for three months, but everything has been pretty good. Great location too - 5 blocks from the lake front. Terrific unit and the building is quiet. Staff are great about getting stuff done. This unit does not come with parking (there are eight garage units)so it is street parking only, but I have always been able to find a spot with-in a block in either direction.
