After getting burned by two different Craig's List ads, I went to Apartment People. I had a budget of $1500 and wanted a 2 bedroom apartment. My agent showed me 10 places over 3 days and even bought me lunch while I was trying to make my choice. I picked a place near Main street and could not be happier with it or the price ($1250). Thank you Nick for finding me a GREAT PLACE!!! I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who is moving to Evanston.
As a side note there office has moved to 619 Grove
