The apartment was dirty and in disrepair upon receipt, and the management staff ranges from rude to belligerent in every interaction I've had. The maintenance staff once left a large, serrated knife under my bathroom mat. I would recommend finding an apartment not managed by Parliament unless you do not believe cleanliness or customer service to be important.
