Don't ask for anything to get really fixed, it will get you headaches and a partial fix. Holes in the walls and floors, peeling paint, windows and cabinets painted shut. I put new windows in because the old ones were so bad and I grew tired of the constant tinkering with them. I changed locks because they wouldn't stay out of the apartment.
