I lived there for 4 years!!! Decent place to live for the rent you pay. The "El" noise could be a problem at times (feel as if its going to enter your house!). Janitor is very prompt in fixing repairs. But the apartment resembles a motel - direct entry. So security is at stake. But if you are a student and want a decently priced apartment (that's close to school), this is definitely not a bad option. And yeah, the office staff is very lazy. So be ready to push things from your end.
