The price is good but the management is completely unprofessional. I found several clerical errors in their accounting that they tried to include in my rent/deposit. Their bookkeeping is a mess and they get very defensive when you point out their mistakes. Beware. Management repeatedly used foul language and screamed only to then realize it is their own fault.
