This place is conveniently located in Evanston and is very near to the train stop. The apartments are reasonably updated with fairly good closet space and good layout. I felt that the price was way too high for what you get though. You have that though in Evanston. Parking sucks. Laundry is on site on the top floor but there never seemed to be enough machines and they were not well maintained. The main point of interest about this apartment complex is the manager Marianna. Having delt with her on a number of occasions I must say, I don't think there is a more unpleasant person I've ever known. She was rude, intimidating, and unhelpful at almost every turn. Additionally, she treats the place like she owns it(using the vallet driveway as her personal parking lot). Absolutely no concept of customer service or hospitality. She's easily recognizible as she has a pissed-off look on her face all the time. Other features include short, stout, dark hair. The maintence man Simon is incredible - extremely friendly, and prompt with service.
