Complex is OK. For the price, you would expect more, though. The building was obviously put up quickly and using cheap materials. Poorly placed light switches, extremely loud AC / fan, thin walls, and annoyingly slow elevators in poor locations are just some of the many complaints I have. Worst of all, however, is the management team. Unresponsive, rude, and unprofessional. They've gone through a few iterations managers, and they seem to be getting better, so perhaps things will improve. If you want a nice apartment in Evanston, however, you might consider Park Evanston or Evanston Place.
