Overall, I have really enjoyed living in the Reserve. My husband is a Kellogg student, and we have 5 other Kellogg couple friends that live here. If you are a Kellogg student, I definitely recommend this building because it has been so convenient having others so close.

We picked this place because of the washer/dryer in-unit and because of the indoor parking. I have been especially grateful for the heated indoor parking during the winter. Maintenance has been great and responds fairly quickly. I also like the layout with the open kitchen and how new everything looks.

The biggest downside is the noise. Whenever our neighbor below us plays his music, we can hear it and feel the vibration in our room, which can get annoying. Also, the noise depends on where your windows are. I would recommend trying to get a 3rd or 4th floor apartment, and one away from the pool and street.
