My roommate and I moved to the Reserve in early 2006 after weighing up the pros and cons against other apartment buildings in town. They have great amenities like a washer & dryer in the apartment, a 24 hour gym, free internet, and free Starbucks coffee in the business center that's also open 24 hours. You can't beat the parking garage, especially in the winter because they keep it heated. I worked in Chicago until recently and took the Metra into the City. It was a few blocks away so I enjoyed the time to mentally prepare for my day or to clear my head on the way home.
The office staff has always been helpful and worked hard at making us feel at home. The maintenance guys are great too. Any time I needed something it was done within a day. The grounds are kept clean and looking nice all year. I was recently transferred out of state and had a difficult time finding as nice a place.
