My wife and I lived at the Reserve for two years and we really enjoyed our time there. You have everything in the building: washer/dryer in-unit, central heating and cooling in-unit, indoor parking, gym, free Starbucks coffee, pool, barbecues. I don t know any other building at Evanston that offers so many things for the same price of The Reserve. I ve never had any problems with noisy neighbors, including Northwestern undergrads. I would only avoid living in an apartment near the swimming pool, where it can get noisy during the summer.
The office staff is great, very polite, responsible, and always available to help. Maintenance works perfect, they always answered all my requests on the same day or in the next day maximum. I definitely recommend this place.
