I've lived at Sherman Apartments for 2 years and have no complaints. The management has always been helpful. Management is always available in the office during working hours on weekdays and a super lives in the building which is nice if you have a plumming issue in the night or forget your keys. The building is very well kept and the apartments are very nice. The location is perfect for students. Two blocks from Northwestern, 2 blocks from downtown Evanston, and 3 blocks from the lake. However, you do pay for the local as it is very pricey. There is a parking lot but it's small with a wait-list and very expensive. Street parking varies from easy to nightmare depending on day and time of year.
