I lived in the Sherman Apartments from 2002 through 2006. Most of the stay was pleasant with the management moving my lease as per their convenience and me paying all the high-end prices they charged for rent and laundry etc. The manager with a nice lady very talkative and smiley all the times, except for when I wanted to moce out of the apartment. Despite all the earliar assurances that I could move out any time as I had lived their for many years, and also giving them prior notice that I would be moving out; I was in a shock when they did not want to return my two-month security deposit based on the grounds that the building owner had to pay his mortgages (!! is that my headache), then sending me letters on how I had to pay extra money to them for breaking the lease one month in advance (which they did all throughout 5 years while moving the lease as per their wish from Sept to Aug to July). They also sent me another letter saying the an area around the bath-tub was broken (which they would not fix for two years!), and they I would have to pay extra for the maid service to make the apartment ready for the next tenant(!'!).

Be careful before you pay the high price and get all nonsense in return.
