The building is good. Right next to train station. Stores are a quick drive away. Good noise insulation. Everthing is electric though even the heating. And that's my only complaint. Winter is brutal here. Apartment does not feel warm and is constantly blowing cold air out. During the winter, this is annoying because it doesn't feel warm at all in apartment. The furnance will struggle to heat the apartment, and it will draw a lot of electricity. Expect to pay at least $300 for electricity during winter months. That much for an apartment seems crazy to me. I wouldn't mind the electric bill cost, though if I actually felt the apartment was warm. I would not want to go through another winter here. It's sad because everything else about this place is nice.

I've been here since March 2009 and there have been not that many cold days, however I have experienced the same issue, when is cold outside seems that the heater can not keep up plus electric bill is way to much for no heat. Reported problem to the office which they came checked the heater saying everyting is OK. I will be hear for the 2009/10 winter but for sure won't renew the lease. Another bad think is the fire station next door that makes impossible to sleep at night, about every 2 hours it will wake you up.
