I recently, only two months ago, moved in.

So far, so good; other than the occasional noisy neighbor, I have had no issues. The management staff is very pleasant/responsive and was quick to respond to the noise complaint.

As to the issue of the electric bill raised by other reviews, I have not had this problem. As a matter of fact, my first electric bill was quite low. When you consider that these units are entirely electric, no cooking gas, etc., and that each unit has an electric dryer (which consumes huge amounts of electricity - anything with a heating element will) my electric bill was far lower than I expected.

To give you an idea of how low - it was lower than my previous apartment for which I did not have a washer/dryer and did not pay for any heating/cooling costs. This can probably be attributed to everything being new and more efficient than my previous older apartment.

I only gave a four star rating since I am a newer tenant. If all continues to goes well, maybe it'll become a five star rating ...
