GREAT place to live - Perfect location for Northwestern and downtown Evanston. Clean, safe, staff is SO great, helpful, friendly, maintenance is always super quick, parking in the building, personal balcony, big rooms. Great Living Experience I lived in the building for 2 1/2 years and had no problems what so ever. The landlord and building engineer are extremely responsive to any problems that you may have. The building is very affordable and is located very close to downtown Evanston and is only a few blocks
