Loved It I was initially concerned with some of the reviews with the complex. I have been here for over two years and I love it. I wouldn't move, but we need to be closer to Peoria. The 1 bedrooms are GREAT they feel so much larget than any 900sf apartments we have seen in Peoria.

i think its a nice area to live in , and i have had no problems with termites, yeah we get lady bugs but who doesnt, and we live in a wooded area so there is gunna be a few spiders here and there, but never enough to complain about . the maintenance has been very good to us, i have no complaints.
