I have lived here for long enough now to know what is going on, or should I say NOT going on. Sandi makes rules and them breaks them.

The neighborhood is nice. You live here for the neighborhood because the managment is really bad. I feel sorry for the neighbors to these buildings. The grounds are taken care of, but people have ugly patio furniture and garage sale "stuff" decorating their partios that spills out into the front lawn of the building. Not the best advertising. Can we say "WHITE TRASH"' However, the rest of the block has common sense. Located across the street from the Commons is another plus.

Major attitude problem in regard to uncaring and defensive management. If you call to report a problem or something that needs fixing, you might not hear back from them. If you call a few times you might hear back from them. All it would take is a return phone call. Not too hard.

Rent went down, which is great. There is a roof problem, and they are going to get sued because of it eventually.

I would recommend the neighborhood if you can deal with crappy management and underequipped maintenance.

And one more thing. I know it is like this in most complexes, but I can hear my neighbor snoring.
