I have lived here for over a year now and absolutely love my apartment. For what you get in this area it is a great price. My apartment has brand new carpeting, brand new vinyl flooring, brand new light fixtures, re-done cabinets, and so much more. The vaulted ceilings and fireplace make it a unique space. Sandy does a great job of keeping the grounds and common areas neat and clean. I am never ashamed to tell people where I live. If I weren't moving cross country I would deffinately be renewing here, especially since my rent would be going down! I tell everyone looking for an apartment to check out Pepper Valley!
