I am a previous renter at Pepper Valley Apartments. As a woman, I felt very uncomfortable with the "looks" that the maintence man gave me. In other words, he gawked at me! Other female renters that I talked to about the situation felt the same way. It would be nice if someone would do something about it...but don't count on the owners, Douglas Management. They'll blow you off!
Also, change your locks because the maintance man will probably "drop by" unannounced. That's why I moved.
