Blah, Blah, Blah!
Ridiculous is right. Stick to what this is for...a tool for potential renters. I used to live at Pepper Valley 15 years ago, bought a house, got a divorce and moved back to Pepper Valley when Chris was still manager. Believe me, the current manager is a great improvement but much of Chris remains in the form of the current maintenance man. But this isn't about personality, it's about the apartments. I bought another house this year and moved out of my apartment, but I still have friends living at Pepper Valley. It was a good place to live 15 years ago and is a better place to live today. The buildings look much better now, the grounds look better, the rent is still reasonable (as long as the management company doesn't go overboard like it did a couple of years ago), the area is quiet and I can honestly say I had some really nice neighbors. What more could you ask for in an apartment complex' All this to say I recommend choosing Pepper Valley if you're looking for an apartment. All y'all get yourselves a life & stop the attacks on people. Do somethin more constructive with your lives. There's enough goin on in this country that needs attention. Why don't ya do something positive with your time!

Absolutely agree. Great place to live. Great neighbors. Great neighborhood. Also strongly agree to use this forum in a positive manner.
