I am currently searching for a new apartment and was shocked with the response I received from the Apartment Office Manager. I explained to her that I was going to be looking for an apartment in September/October and was wondering if she could fax me something with the apartment layouts and prices. Her response was " I can not fax it to you right now because I am in the middle of gardening, but will fax it to you later." That was Friday, Today is Tuesday and no fax has come through. I could only imagine if I had decided to really look into Pepper Valley Apartments and needed something fixed. Would it take a week to fix something because the office manager is too busy gardening'' I have called 5 other apartment complexes in the area the same day and they were more than happy to assist me. After that response, I no longer have an interest in Pepper Valley Apartments.
