I have lived in the Pepper Valley Apartments for about 2 months now and have not had any major problems. Although, the maintenance man does creep me out a bit. He DOES peak through windows and hides in shadows. Besides that though, last year when Sandy was still manager my fiance' and I were looking into pepper valley so we called to see if we could get any more information and it was Sandy (the old manager) who we talked to. She asked our age and I told her I was 21. She said that she could not rent to me because I was too young even though I had a 1 year old and was engaged to be married to his father (which by the way she didn't even give us the chance to explain). We called back this year when our lease was almost up at our other apartment and we heard there was a new office manager (Darlene). She was EXTREMELY kind and got us into an apartment as soon as we needed. We were very pleased. I think this complex is the nicest one in Geneva that is affordable. We absolutely love the layout of the 2 bedroom. We love the fact that the bedrooms and bathrooms are on each side instead of right next to eachother. It makes the place really bright and open!
